Passion at work Blogging practices of knowledge workers |
June 20, 2009 |
Passion at work:PhD research, which is focused on describing blogging practices of knowledge workers. The dissertation documents uses of a weblog as a personal knowledge base and an instrument for growing ideas from the early stages to a final product, as well as different uses of weblogs in a process of establishing and maintaining relationships. In both cases, blogging seems to be especially useful early in the process, helping to deal with fuzzy ideas and would-be relationships.
